Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies |

| Ingredients: |
- 3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup Soft Butter or Margarine
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 tsp. Water
- 1 6 oz. Package Chocolate Chips

- 1/2 tsp. Soda
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Granola Cereal

Step
1: Using the WonderMill

Using your WonderMill grind
6-8 cups of wheat (we recommend
hard white). This will yield
10-12 cups of flour. We had some left over from another recipe. |
Step
2: Mix Dry Ingredients

Sift flour, soda, and salt together and set aside.

3: Cream

Cream butter, sugar, vanilla, and water.

Step
4: Add Chocolate Chips

Stir in granola cereal and chocolate chips. |
Step
5: Cookie Sheet

Place your cookies onto the cookie sheet. We use a size 50 ice cream scoop.

6: Bake

Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

7: Cool

Allow cookies to cool for a few
minutes before serving.
