Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 cup Soft Butter or Margarine
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. Water
  • 1 6 oz. Package Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 tsp. Soda
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Granola Cereal

Step 1: Using the WonderMill

Using your WonderMill grind 6-8 cups of wheat (we recommend hard white). This will yield 10-12 cups of flour. We had some left over from another recipe.
Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients

Sift flour, soda, and salt together and set aside.
Step 3: Cream

Cream butter, sugar, vanilla, and water.
Step 4: Add Chocolate Chips

Stir in granola cereal and chocolate chips.
Step 5: Cookie Sheet

Place your cookies onto the cookie sheet. We use a size 50 ice cream scoop.
Step 6: Bake

Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Step 7: Cool

Allow cookies to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Step 8: Enjoy
